Ongoing business systems support and security
We look after your systems as the business changes. Regular check ins, problems fixed before they grow, and the security and data essentials kept current, so you can get on with running things.
Who this is for
For owners who have had something built, or already run a patchwork of tools, and know nobody is really watching it. Passwords are shared around, backups are assumed, and the person who set it up left. You want it managed, not rediscovered when it breaks.
What ongoing care looks like
Regular check ins
A set rhythm to look at what is working, what has slipped and what is changing in the business, so small drift gets caught early.
Fixing problems
When something breaks or behaves oddly, you tell us and it gets sorted, without you hunting for whoever built it or learning the cause yourself.
Flexing with the business
New hire, new service, new location or a shift in how you sell: the systems are adjusted to match, rather than quietly falling out of use.
Security and data essentials
Access reviewed, backups tested, updates applied, and your records kept tidy, following the Cyber Essentials controls and UK GDPR expectations.
Sensible habits kept up
We watch that good practice keeps being followed as people come and go, because a rule nobody remembers is not protecting anything.
A paper trail you can show
Plain records of what was checked and changed, useful when a bigger client sends a security questionnaire and wants real answers.
How support connects to the rest of our work
Support works well on top of something understood. Scope & Strategy tells us what matters in your business, Systems & Solutions gives us something designed to be maintained, and this service keeps both honest as time passes.
Questions people ask
What is managed IT and systems support for a small business?
It means someone is responsible for keeping your business systems working, secure and up to date, rather than leaving it to whoever happens to notice. For us that covers regular reviews, fixes, access and backups, and adjusting things as you grow.
Does NYAS hold Cyber Essentials?
No. We follow the Cyber Essentials controls, we are registered with the ICO and we work to UK GDPR. We keep every client's data separate. We would rather tell you exactly what we do than imply a certificate we do not hold.
Can you support systems that someone else built?
Often, yes, after a look at what is there. We check how it is put together, who has access and what is documented, then say honestly whether it is sound to look after or needs work first. We will not take on something we cannot stand behind.
How do I get started with Security & Support?
Book a call and tell us what you run today and what worries you about it. We will talk through what ongoing care could look like, and whether a first review of your setup makes sense before anything is agreed.
Talk to us about security & support.
You tell us what is going on. We tell you honestly whether we can help, and if we cannot, we will say so.
